Reflexology-Plus™

Dear Students,
Thank you for your interest in our 360 ARCB Credit Hour Reflexology-Plus TM Program. Please see the Classes & Courses page for the dates of all the Workshops. We require a minimum of 10 registered students to proceed with the program. If we do not get the required number of students your money will be refunded, including your deposit.

Cost: $380 per Workshop, including manual. Total for the five Workshops - $1,900. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for registration. Full payment due before or on the date of the Workshop. Payment by check or cash. Checks made payable to "Reflexology-Plus".

Continuing Education – CE's

Reflexology-Plus ^TM graduates are required to take 16 CE's every two years, as required by the ABMP, the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Reflexology-Plus ^TM is approved by ABMP. If graduates do not maintain 16 CE's every two years, then we will not be able to refer new clients to them.

For CE's we require that all graduates take a practical refresher class for Reflexology; this is a minimum of eight hours, a one day workshop. The other eight hours can come from any course the graduate has taken that will improve their knowledge and skills of bodywork e.g. Anatomy and Physiology, Massage, Reiki, Healing Touch, Music Therapy. Also any topic that would be useful for their business, e.g. office management, accounts, computer skills etc. Or the graduate can take two days of a Reflexology-Plus class of their choice and this will complete 16 hours. I am an ARCB (American Reflexology Certification Board) Approved Provider for CE's, provider #P 00127.

Graduates and students who attend the Spring and Fall RAIA, Reflexology Association of Iowa, meetings receive 2 CE's. Every two years RAA, the Reflexology Association of America, hold a national three day convention that gives 18 CE's.

What to bring to the class.

• Short fingernails. Your fingers are your "tools". Long fingernails will hurt your client.
• When attending classes we recommend students wear light colored clothing as we use powder for the practical sessions and this can spoil dark clothing, especially black.
• Bring a fitted sheet, pillow and blanket.
• Please let me know if you can bring a massage table or reflexology chair to the class.

I never cease to be amazed how effective Reflexology is for so many conditions. By reducing stress the whole person – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, can benefit from this therapy, and the client can move toward enjoying a healthy lifestyle.
